The provider portal is LHI's exclusive website that supports provider and practitioner services for all patients. It contains all documents and resources needed to complete LHI scheduled services.
LHI has a contractual obligation to credential every practitioner providing services to our patients. LHI's credentialing standards are robust and cover a wide range of services offered by LHI, following industry credentialing standards. Credentialing with LHI is easy, efficient and can be completed through the provider portal.
Provider Network ServicesDepending on the patient and/or service, an appointment will be scheduled with a specific LHI-credentialed practitioner at your facility; followed by a confirmation listing the services to be performed.
On-Location ServicesYou simply choose dates for which you are available. Everything you need, including travel arrangements, forms, supplies and equipment is provided for you.
Our robust nationwide network ensures we can deliver our servies in every corner of the United States, and beyond, giving our customers easy access to the care they need, when and where they need it.
LHI sends teams of professionals to administer services at the customer's location, and coordinates the necessary supplies, equipment and space needed, maximizing convenience for the customer.
