Interested in joining our provider network? Choose how you'd like to serve:

By joining our in-clinic network, you can build your practice and give back to those who serve the critical needs of our nation.

As a member of our in-clinic network, you can see our customers as a part of your workday. We are currently seeking in-clinic providers in many specialties, including family and general practice, audiology, occupational health, dental, behavioral health and vision.

LHI handles scheduling and provides a kit of supplies to you, and you submit the results to LHI.

I want to serve at events

As an individual, LHI offers the opportunity for you to serve at on-location group events outside of your regular work schedule.

Once you join our team, you simply choose dates for which you are available. Everything you need, including travel arrangements, forms, supplies and equipment, is provided for you.

For on-location group events, we are currently seeking administrative personnel, licensed practical nurses, registered nurses, medical and dental assistants, physicians, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, phlebotomists, dentists and hygienists.
